1. Agreement

By accessing or using mavacore.com (the "Site") and any related services operated by Mavacore ("Mavacore", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Mavacore, browse our work, submit inquiries, post comments, and share testimonials (subject to moderation). You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish Site content without our written permission.

3. Account Registration

The admin area is restricted to authorized Mavacore personnel. Unauthorized access attempts may be reported to the relevant authorities. If you are a Mavacore team member, you are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials.

4. User Submissions

When you submit content through the Site — including testimonials, comments, and project briefs — you grant Mavacore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights.

We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion, including content that is off-topic, abusive, or violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, code, copy, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by Mavacore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial portions without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as Google Firebase, YouTube embeds, and project preview iframes). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Access them at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavacore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mavacore harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mavacore is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
